Apologize about last review..I reacted prematurely and didn't give my attorney Jeff Schaefer enough time to handle the situation

My accident happened July 2019, we are almost in 2022. Understandable that covid has slowed things up, but I can not get in contact with my attorney, the office or even emails and text. I’ve gotten more info from my attorney through my insurance. I was told that my case an open and shut one and that it wouldn’t be much to get settled. I’m still waiting for it.

I would not recommend him. He is the Worse Lawyer not only he does not return your calls but most importantly he keeps you in the dark it’s been 6 years no info on the case fired him got a new lawyer he Refused to give my case info to him only to found out 6 years later I lost the case ps how do you loss a case when you get hit from the back at a red light how did this case took so long only to loss it that should tell you a lot about his work.

I filled out their online form and left a message back in August and still have not heard from anyone. Guess they get to cherry pick their cases.

I’ve been dealing with this law firm for a few years now & they helped me a lot personally and had made out excellent with a few cases that I had with them, The person I dealt with was Marc, And he kept his word and he made sure that I was good, they saw me even on weekends and made me feel very comfortable about my case. I see a lot of the reviews here but every case is different...I mean, A lot of times people mess up their own cases but I made sure that I was vigilant in regards to my testimony and they made sure that I made out good on a settlement. Unfortunately, my case was taken over a year ago. I have not received ONE call as to an update on the case. I’ve tried to call and get no answer. I leave a message and my call is not returned. I was referred here by my friends mother. Her experience was definitely better than mine. A year and a half since my accident and no correspondence since the first time I sat with Ken.
