首先，律师事务所工作人员善于沟通，几乎每一个简讯、电话、电邮、都能得到及时回复。其次，工作人员时间观念强，预约都很准时，有次因为上庭而略有迟到，还打电话及时通知。第三，办事认真，各个环节都能细心提醒和妥善处理。第四，律师和工作人员具有较强的责任心，记得面谈那天，美国时间已经半夜，他还打电话过来询问面谈的情形和结果，令人感到相当意外，也因此留下了深刻的印象！
