When you find yourself unfortunately involved in a child custody case you need someone experience and knowledgeable but also who listens and sincerely cares about the well-being of your child. David was my third attempt to find that attorney. They say the third times the charm!

David is an amazing lawyer, confidant and shoulder to lean on during a most difficult phase of my life. His expertise was evident as he was familiar with all phases of the process of divorce. He not only is smart and, compassionate but responsive to my needs and promptly returned all calls. He seemed to have all the answers to my questions and was familiar with the court system and procedures and always on top of matters. He treated my case personally with great heart. Mr. Merle is BY FAR the best attorney I have ever had. I have only needed an attorney a hand full of times in my life, and I have never lost with Mr. Merle.
