David Dubin provides sound legal advice and expert representation. He has always been caring, thorough and very knowledgeable. In addition, he is familiar with the local courts and personnel which is of benefit. He was solid in how he handled himself in challenging court proceedings, cross examination, and depositions. He is tenacious with his research of case law, which proved helpful in my case. He is fair, easy to work with and made me feel comfortable-and legal proceedings are stressful. He was always sincere in his interest in my case. I never felt like just another faceless legal case to him. I trust him completely.

I retained David Dubin to help me deal with a custody matter that I wasn’t sure had legal grounds to pursue. I met with three lawyers before him who told me that I didn’t have a case, but when I met with David he immediately understood my concern and formed a plan of action for me. He gave me a realistic view of what to expect and also told me what he really thought my end result would be. He didn’t sugar coat anything and was direct, open and honest with me.
