I retained Caron Graff for non compliance of an agreement. She won the case quickly - the verdict - I received all compensation due to me as well as all legal fees! Thank your for your skillful and excellent legal representation.

filing a disciplinary complaint. She took forever. Tossed me to junior associates. Strong armed me into signing an arbitration agreement which was NOT in my best interests. Refuses to turn over my files and all attorney communication. As a result, she has cost me tens of thousands of dollars. Horrific worst attorney I have had to work with. She did not want to go to court, and had not reviewed anything and was saying - I don't have time for this, as it was one hour before the court hearing, and I am in her office in Jenkintown and the court is about 40 minutes away in Norristown. Does not return calls UNLESS she is looking for MORE money. DO NOT GO TO THIS LAW FIRM if you want more than a simple thing memorialized. Negotiation skills of two year olds. Cannot handle high conflict divorce. I got thoroughly screwed by this law firm. I would give the zero stars, but you are required to at least click one to post your review.

I retained Caron at Graff & Associates about a year ago to file my divorce and child custody arrangements. I was surprisingly pleased at how easy the whole process was, as I have heard horror stories from others regarding the difficulties of divorce. Caron took time to explain, in detail, everything I was to expect, and kept in close contact during it all. Her rates were comparable to others in the area, but I felt her personalize compassion toward myself and my case were above and beyond what I would have received elsewhere. I sought help at Graff and associates just looking for a simple contract to amend my divorce decree. I went into my consultation thinking it would cost no more than $1000. It was literally just an agreement that I needed signed by my ex-husband. Caron made me feel like it was a major ordeal and basically wanted to change my whole divorce agreement. She had a custody agreement written up and It was completely what I didn't want. She was basically trying to tell me what I wanted instead of doing what I asked. I had to pay a $2500 retainer to this firm, to which it may have taken very little time to write what she wanted. Even though it would have taken about an hour to write what I wanted. I called the office several times and e mailed them several times but only got one call back from Caron. I have attempted on several occasions to reach her but I am always told she is out or in a meeting, never to receive a call back. I just want my money back, I paid $2500 and got absolutely nothing. And on the heels of this I have to say that this woman knew my situation with my child and my financial situation also and still chose to take the money from me. I have never used a lawyer before and I feel I was fully taken advantage of by this establishment. I was even charged for them reading the e mails I sent asking for my money back, does that even make sense?
