According to obituary, David Machek died July 23, 2023. Whoever took over his office deleted my files and wouldn't even tell if he worked there or not! He was a wonderful attorney. Whoever took over his office is rude and utter trash.

David was very knowledgeable about the steps I needed to take for my disability hearing. He answered all the questions I had and had me prepared for the hearing, He brought up a lot of great points to the judge. Everyone in his office was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend David if you need help with your hearing.

My experience was unsatisfing because there was little to no contact. He showed up 30mins .late to hearing and then turned me away after one hearing without asking if i still needed his assistance. He send me a letter stating it after i was calling for about a week very unprofessional.
