My fiance and I were looking for a real estate attorney as we are in the process of purchasing land in Jim Thorpe, PA. We called this firm today and we had them on speaker phone. My fiance asked, "Can your firm help us with a real estate purchase as we don't know how the process fully works." The secretary asked his name & put us on "hold". Little did she know that she didn't actually put us on hold. She continued to speak to someone in the background. She quoted, "I have no idea what this guys name is, he sounds 14, he doesn't know anything about what he's doing. Should I even take his information?" By the way, my fiance is 30. This is by far the most embarrassing and unprofessional encounter I've ever experienced. Honestly, I wouldn't go with a firm that doesn't know how their own phones work. Maybe they should cough up a little more money to hire a real receptionist instead of some bimbo. I'll update this review with the professional law firm we decide to go with to save others time.
