We used STF to settle our father's estate. I do not live in PA and they helped us navigate all of the local regulatory requirements.

I called to find out about hiring them and the girl that answered the phone was rude.

My fiancée and I used Michelle Tokarsky and her associates for our needs with our daughter for paternity and child support. She was wonderful and very personable. She was very professional and helpful in our situation at the time. Very knowledgeable and would highly recommend her and the team to anyone!

Attys Tokarsky and Silverman, and their staff, have helped us through divorce, custody, estate planning and property sales. They have been wonderful to deal with, and are easily the best in Johnstown.

Unprofessional. Bills you for literally breathing. They don't take any responsibility for losing a lawyer. Nor did they even tell me she was gone or where she was going. This office sure isn't what it used to be. I used them in the past for custody and they were great. Not so much anymore. They left many many many families who were already going through a very hard time, without representation. No explanation. No trying to make it right. Hell ..they even went as far as dodging anyone's phonecalls who had their lawyer (whom was arrested) But the worst part is... They still sent out bills for this missing lawyer...

Man I talked too said that you all won't do anything to help me,because I my civil rights, unalienable rights,and constitutional rights,have all been violated by somerset county domestic relations. You don't handle my type of case.

Hired Michelle Tokarsky to represent me in a divorce case. I paid a nice retainer. Explained that it was vital that I spend what time I had left with my oldest son, as he was heading to the Navy. In my opinion, if you are a man, seek council elsewhere. My council concentrated on her horses and her issues and jumped for her attorney and never for me.

Poor communication skills. Emails go unanswered, phone calls never returned and attorney Michelle Tokarsky just stopped communicating altogether! If you need a good attorney don’t call Michelle Tokarsky! Very unprofessional and poor people skills.

Attorney Silverman and her staff were absolutely wonderful. She is a great lawyer and isn’t there to give you false hope that things will go exactly how you want. She tells you the truth about the challenges you might face, and does whatever it takes to overcome them. My questions and concerns were always answered quickly, sometimes even outside of normal business hours. Randi Silverman is most definitely the best family law attorney in the area and I would highly recommend her and this law firm. She works very hard and gets things done, so if you need a family law attorney then go to Randi, you will not regret it. Not only is she great at what she does, but she is also a very kind and caring woman. I felt very comfortable with her and everyone else I encountered at the firm. Everyone is so nice and professional, and I have nothing but good things to say about the firm and my experience with them. Once again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They are the best in the area, and you will not regret hiring them to represent you!

The whole entire staff there is very dedicated and hardworking. They treat you as if you are their only client with the devotion that they put into you. They made the intimidation and stress of court very light.
