When Kurt Nilson did estate work for my family, it was a very good experience. He seems very trustworthy and responsible.

We were in the process of purchasing a second home and were doing our process from out of town. Mr. Nilson did an excellent job for us, identifying all the steps required and kept us informed all along the way. He also performed the closing for us since we were not able to attend the scheduled date. He was also very flexible since we had some last minute adjustments to make for the final closing. Mr. Nilson was always informative and up to date on all the closing requirements. We would highly recommend Mr. Nilson for anyone who would need these services.

Kurt was very professional in handling my real estate transaction. He explained everything to me so that I understood. He handled my transaction in a timely matter. I would definitly use Kurt for any future needs.

He was able to take care of everything for us remotely. He was prompt in answering the phone and emails throughout the pre-closing process. In the end, I did not even have to travel several hours to attend the closing as he represented me and eliminated this travel time and expense. Overall, Kurt was very helpful and his fees were quite reasonable.
