Mike did a wonderful job with my case. He brought my charge down, and I left with just a citation. Is he great at answering your phone calls? No, but I do understand he's a busy man, but he does call and write you the day of your hearing. It's better to get with his secretary if you have any questions. Thats why he has one. He also made sure I had the lowest fee out of any of his competitors. I called almost every single one I could find, and he was the cheapest. He really came through for me and I will always recommend him to anybody that needs a criminal attorney. Thank you Mike!

Had a criminal case that only involved ard in the end. Paid him 4000 as he requested . He told me it would be an easy case and he would refund my money that wasn't used. This was going on for 2 years. He showed up in court a total of 3 times for me and it was to just file paperwork. Then he didn't have to fight the judge for anything nor the state. I called him so many time at his office and on his cell. They tell me they will relay the message and I never get it. And he never calls me back. He told me several time he would go through paperwork to see what he owed me. He owes me no matter the 2000. And more than likely he owes me some of the other 2000. Worst attorney I ever had. Reported him to the state bar also.

Mike did a great job in our child custody case. Mike or his secretary always got back to us on an questions we had. When in court I felt that he had taken time to know what was going on and concerns we had and always brought those concerns to attention of the court. Mike is also very reasonable when it comes to fees. I have recommended him to several friends and family all with the same great results! Thank You Mr.Filia for all of your help.

He's not a bad guy, but is an individual that has no credibility, lacks spine and the ability to actually argue as an attorney should for what is right, just and fair. His ability to explain and advise his clients to make an educated decision on what to do during a trial/hearing is close to zero. During my case he was walked all over by the opposing party, made no research on how to defend his client and provided no feedback of the information he may have attained, so he can explain what needs to get done without wasting time. This is an honest review and I hope whomever hires this gentleman has a better experience than what I had since I had to fire him due to is lack of professionalism as an attorney and his inability to achieve any kind of result, costing me thousands of dollars, my sanity and unfortunately my job. Thanks a lot Michael and Merry Christmas for doing nothing for me.

Attorney Michael Filia represented us on the purchase of our home. He is very professional. I found that he gets the job done. I trust him more than most lawyers to do what is best for the client. It does take him a while to respond to calls and keep you informed. However, I was very satisfied with his work given the special circumstances of our situation, and he is very reasonable when it comes to fees.

Attorney Filia is a good lawyer he has handled several issues for me divorce, child support and a few other things. He is honest and fair and he explains things well. My only concern is he's a little slow getting back to you, however Holly his assistant is very friendly and helpful.
