Well started to do case for custody , said he would represent me then says he can't represent bc my ex had him in the past , so I should be entitled to a full refund have yet to receive my money back from him , he's not a professional attorney

I hired Attorney Filia for a family members legal trouble and from the first phone call he was positive and very professional. He was also not judgmental at all. He said he would try to get the charges reduced but he did one even better and ended up getting the charges dropped. I would recommend him 100x over. He’s very understanding, genuine, and professional. God bless this man.

My five year old nephew is traumatized by the legal kidnapping, at the hands if his father. Now, he has to go to the house of horrors, three weekends a month! My sister needed your help. You didn't help her. She needs a court order, stating that she is moving to Florida, to make a better life for my nephew.

When Attorney Falia told me he could get the
most serious charge reduced/dropped at the preliminary I was just a little skeptical to say the least, but he came through in aces. We highly recommend his office. This man is professional, courteous and comes through with what he promises. A man of his word is a rare and valuable commodity in today's world. I will get a good night's sleep tonight, the 1st in a while.
