I unfortunately got 2 traffic tickets this past November due to my license being suspended because I missed an insurance payment. I was working in Pennsylvania and was in the middle of a move from Florida to Kentucky. I was driving under the presumption that my insurance and license were good. The card that I had for the insurance auto-pay failed and my insurance cancelled and my drivers license was suspended. My license was suspended for less than a month and when the officer stopped me, I immediately renewed my insurance and reinstated my license. I have never had anything like this happen before and at the time I was financially struggling. Now that I have explained that, the judge was in his right to find me guilty as my case is interpreted through the law but the incredible callousness and disrespect was eye opening. When I explained my situation, he proceeded to smirk while speaking to the officer. I immediately knew that I would be found guilty. When I asked if leniency was possible due to my circumstances and also because it was my first offense , the judge proceeded to berate me, raised his voice toward me as if I had insulted him saying that how dare I expect him to not do his job. In my experience, only weak men with power act this way because they are protected unlike regular civilians. This is also coming from a conservative Christian so I do not have an agenda of hate towards the justice department, but it is disgusting how these judges are allowed to operate. That has been my experience with Judge Iacocca. Weak man.

I unfortunately had to go through the Chester County court system for an outstanding traffic violation & soon after a misdemeanor criminal charge. I had never had these kind experiences before and was, well, dead broke and lost. Judge Iacocca was firm with me, but also, unexpectedly, beyond respectful.
I don't want to gush too much here, but I believe this man is coming from the highest moral standard, yet with a generous heart and forgiving nature to his character. He comes off as a regular guy with an understanding from lived experience, both inside the courtroom & beyond. I believe he wants to truly have impact in a system that's currently, ahem, "challenged". I'd imagine he's a fine attorney too. Like a guy who'd do what he does just to "keep the lights on".
His predecessor, Dan Mansiano, who tragically passed, like Judge Iacocca, did what a good judge is supposed to do: one who listens more than speaks, then tries to make fair decisions based upon what is known without being swayed. In turn, Iacocca sets a real example for the community, and for preserving a level of decency and justice. We are lucky to have him. We need more judges like him, period.

Enjoyable experience working with Al. He was very good at counseling me through my situation and in the end everything went in my favor.
I would recommend him and use him again if needed.

I have been working with the Al Iacocca for a several years now. He has been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and just awesome. He follows up with me on a regular basis, and replies to my emails within minutes (which I greatly appreciate!). Without him, I’m not sure what I would do. I highly recommend him.

Mr Iacocca took the time to explain our options in trying to settle a case in the most amicable manner, but when we had to pursue the matter in front of a judge, Mr Iacocca pressed forward in the most firm and professional manner.
