I cannot speak highly enough of Michael Clemente of Daly & Clemente. He is the best attorney I know and the only one I would call when injured in a car accident.

Attorney Michael Clemente is the best. When I was in a hospital bed following a horrific car accident, he visited me in the hospital and held my hand through the entire process. I would have never been able to recover what I did without his expertise. This is a lawyer that truly cares about their clients and I would recommend him to anyone I know!

What can I say about Brad and his team. He was there every step of the way. Anytime I I had a question or concern and no matter who I emailed I would always get a quick response. Normally the guy with his name on the header don’t care after getting your business but I definitely can not say that about Brad. Thank you again Brad and your team for all the help

I reached out to Linda to assist in a legal matter, she promptly returned my call and even called late in the evening to respond to my message. She explained the process and worked on my case quickly and kept me abreast of all matters until the case was completed.

I found Linda Berman through Met Life legal for help with a civil law issue. She responded to my call within an hour, explained how she can help me, and informed me that the service was covered under Met Life Legal and there would be no out of pocket costs for me. She started working on file motions for me the same day after receiving the information needed and worked diligently to resolve my issue. Linda provided quick service, sound legal advice, remained professional, and helped me resolve my legal issue in a timely manner (which was urgent at the time and I need to file a motion with the court that day- she jumped to help me). I plan to use her for future needs should they arise and if they are in her scope of practice. Highly recommend.

OBJECTION!! I called and left a VM and within 5 minutes got a text message from Linda herself! Shame it was an unprofessional brush off. If you're this cavalier about your communication, why would I ever trust you to write up a legally binding agreement? It's a hard pass on Linda Berman for me strictly on principal. Proceed with caution, would be my advice.

I called to get consult since I have a legal plan through my employer, she texted that she can’t find my coverage and when I assured her that I am covered under the legal plan , she just texted she cannot help anyhow and suggested to try someone else. I suggest don’t waste your time, don’t even try she is not willing to help, at least if you have legal plan.

Jeremy is really easy to work with. He’ll let you know when he need things, update you once he gets its, very responsive and on top of his game. I appreciate the time and the help on my case.

I was referred to Ms. Berman through MetLife Legal Plans, for which I pay monthly through my employer. I am a victim of identity theft and need assistance as soon as possible. I left a voice message at 9:30am and received a text an hour later, which I understood. The message stated that she could not call me until I provided the case number, which I immediately did. After waiting 2 hours, this was the response that I received, "I am not sure I have time to handle your issue right now due to my schedule so perhaps try someone else. Thank you." I am sorry to say this but I believe that I could have been advised of this at my first contact instead of wasting 3 hours of my time.
