Mr. Clemente is by far the best attorney I have ever met. My mother was injured when a drunk driver blew through a stop sign and t-boned her vehicle the night before Thanksgiving. Mr. Clemente came and met with her personally in the hospital the same day that we called. He was always there whenever we needed him and quickly and efficiently recovered every dime that my mother was entitled to. He constantly was checking to ensure that she was being properly taken care of, HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE. The insurance company tried to low ball my mother, but Attorney Clemente aggressively pursued them and ultimately recovered the policy limits without have to go through a costly, lengthy trial. Also, he fought my mother's own insurance company and recovered the full UIM benefits, despite the insurance company having first denied coverage being in place when the accident took place (they claimed my mother had failed to pay her premium).
