I don't have enough words to describe how thankful my wife and I are to have Tejal guiding us all along the way to process my wife's fiancée visa. She worked with us for over one year, from filing our first application until we received my wife's green card in the mail. She and her assistant are so efficient; they always respond within hours, if not sooner! They made sure our paperwork was 100% accurate and they put all the supporting documents in order as Exhibit 1, Exhibit 2, etc. which made it much easier for the immigration officers to review and process. Tejal was recommended to us by our aunt, who knows her personally. She is out of town for us (Since her office is in Pennsylvania and we are in Maryland), and having never met her in person, I feel there was no difference whether she was in town or not. When the whole process started, it all seemed so overwhelming, but Tejal and her team took everything one step at a time. With their help, we have now completed this long and cumbersome process. The best. I have much to say about Tejal and her team, but to sum it up, she is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, understanding, kind, and always ready to answer a question and if she is unavailable, her team will reach out to you. I never felt “in the dark” or confused at all when working with Tejal and her team because they make sure you’re right there on the same page with them through the entire immigration process. I would recommend her again and again.

Seems like a good lawyer and a good person. Only talked with David to see if it was worth pursuing my case, but there was no charge just to talk to him. A couple other lawyers I called cost hundreds just to talk on the phone. If I am ever in of a lawyer, The Downey Firm will be my first call.
