Tim represented my 84yr old mother after she was injured as a pedestrian a bizarre automobile accident involving negligence on behalf of a municipality. From the day we contracted with Tim he was on top of everything from getting video of the accident to working to get the best settlement possible from the municipality. Without Tim there would not even have been a call from the municipality checking to see how my mother was doing and there certainly would not have been any accountability to compensate my mother for the negligence of their worker; my mom would have been stuck with a hefty bill for her immediate recovery and nothing to set aside for potential issues that could come up. I can not more highly recommend Tim and the entire staff and thank them for their effort.

Tim Daly is an amazing person. I was recommended to Tim by a client of mine and she had such amazing things to say about him. When I was in my accident and needed an attorney, I started my search for a city attorney. I always thought the best attorneys were in the city. I attempted to hire someone and found that he was just not personable or easy to reach even before I retained him. I decided to go close to home. In asking around my circle of friends, one recommended I call Tim. He came to my house and explained the process to me. He was a straight shooter. While I would not wish to be in another accident, I will say that if that ever happens again, I would HAPPILY go back to Tim. Mr. Daly was always available for me, and he got me three times what the insurance company offered me without a lawyer. He even came to my house to meet with me several times.
