Incredible service with years of experience... patience of a saint - Doug Lehman has helped with more than one "I don't know what to do..." type situation. He met with me for my first consultation free - who does that? A gentleman, but, aggressive legal help. I can't recommend him enough.

Doug is the best! His first consultation is always free. Consequently I have gotten lots of free advice from him over the years! Usually, a little advice is all I need. He helped my mom with her will. He was very friendly and professional with her. He helped me purchase another business. The transaction was smooth and he made it easy to navigate. The couple I bought the business from paid their attorney $2,000 more than I paid Doug! All in all a wonderful attorney to work with.

Doug is an awesome attorney and very knowledgable and helpful. He set us up with several LLC's. I Know you can get them done online, but I wanted a more personal approach and someone I can talk to if I have any questions. If you are a sole proprietor, I highly recommend Doug to help you protect yourself and your family by setting up an LLC.
