Mr. Chad Rankin took over my auto case, as I was unsatisfied with a Philadelphia area attorney's professionalism. This was a painless process. After sending notice, I was never again contacted by the other attorney. Chad dealt with the attorney, who came to Lancaster to see Chad and hand over the paperwork. Chad took over and had fantastic results. He and his staff handled all details, from the insurance company's denials, to maximizing my compensation in ways that to me, seemed impossible (and I've taken legal course work and actually read insurance policies for detail, lol). Chad recovered a monetary amount greater than twice what the other attorney's staff had mentioned and he took care of me, so I could focus on my recovery!

As once before, I wrote about Chad Rankin and his dedication, professionalism and quick ability to handle my case. My case was pretty difficult because there were two parts to it. Well good news for me, we are done!! Along with a 6 figure number to my advantage. I put all my trust in Mr. Rankin and so glad I did. He is a man of his word. I am not too fond of Lawyers because of my past experiences. On the Job or in personal matters. I needed an Attorney after an accident that occurred in April of 2011. At random, I chose the McDonald Law firm. After some time Mr. Chad Rankin took my case over. I was amazed so much, my feelings started to change about attorney's. Like anyone, there is good and bad employees in any profession. Mr. Rankin has yet to stop working hard for me. He was on top of everything, Again I was amazed. How many times has Lawyers avoided callbacks to their clients after calling them time after time? Well with my experience, all the time. NOT MR. RANKIN!!! If I needed to speak to Chad and if he was not available, I was guaranteed a call back from minutes to maybe a few hours that same day. Again I was amazed!!! Chad does not play around or slack in anyway like most lawyers do. How do I know that? Because to my surprise, my case was resolved in a very short time once Mr. Rankin took over my case. How about a lawyer that has the courtesy to call or email you to ask how my operation went? How do I feel? Can I help you with anything? Again, Amazing!!! When Chad Rankin left his old firm to his new one, there was NO WAY I would let another attorney handle my case. I followed him. Being I just had back surgery this case now will continue according to other matters. I have no fear that Mr. Rankin is slacking on my case as he has never done in the past. I count on him and trust him to the fullest. Please let me mention, as far as his staff i.e. "Maureen", (his Paralegal). Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and very helpful and will answer any question you have doubt in. If she does not know the answer? She will never guess like some do. Maureen will get back to you in a timely manner with the correct information. Although Mr. Rankin handles Injury cases, you can rest assure if I need a reference for other than an injury case, I would have so much trust in Mr. Rankin he would be the person I would want a reference from to handle other cases.
