IN RESPONSE TO REVIEW BY MR. ASHLEY BRUNNER: Subsequent to this client terminating our services, he was given an opportunity to discuss his complaints about our firm on multiple occasions. He chose not to discuss the issues and simply requested a refund. We agreed to a partial refund of his retainer. We are disappointed he chose to handle this matter by posting an inaccurate review. In providing the refund, Mr. Brunner assured us that this matter would not be handled in such a manner. We are surprised by the review when Mr. Brunner declined to discuss his dissatisfaction with our office. Our office strives to provide the best possible legal services to our clients. We believe that the majority of the time our clients are very satisfied with our work on their behalf. In situations such as this one, we do whatever we can to identify the client's dissatisfaction and work to solve the problem. Unfortunately, without Mr. Brunner's feedback, we could not do remedy the problem in this situation.
