We hired Mr. Marinaro's team to help with our not the brightest son's minor criminal defense case, there was a potential for jail time. This was our first experience with having to hire an attorney, and we are thankful for the recommendation of Michael. He was exceptionally professional and patient, explaining all of the aspects of what we could expect, then putting his years of experience to work and negotiated a better than expected resolution. No jail time and a significantly lesser charge.

Hired for a potential p.v. involving possession of a firearm. Based on past experience, violating probation in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania for even the smallest things can land you in an unfair world of trouble for no good reason. A few days after hiring his firm he spoke to my probation officer over the phone. I'm not exactly sure what he said/did but 2 weeks later I found out from my p.o. that they were not going to take any further actions against me and that was that. I don't even know if he did anything. All I know is he spoke to my probation officer and after that, I found out they would not be violating me and that was as far as that went. So thank you, to Mr. Marinaro and you office staff, who were extremely courteous as well as knowledgeable when it comes to the legal system.

Not guilty of driving with suspended license dui. This would have been my 6th conviction. With new law I was looking at significant jail time. I only 4 months from getting license back. Thanks mike
