Real!!!

Please stay clear of this problem and headache. Mr. Gearty is incompetent and completely lost my confidence in his ability to truly represent his clients. Not only did he fail to show up for a scheduled meeting prior to my conference, but when he did finally show up, he was late to the custody conference. His appearance was embarrassing. He had a wrinkled suit, pants halfway down his butt, and a dirty, untucked shirt. He smelled as if he had just woken up with a hangover. He knew absolutely nothing about my case and did not represent me well at the conference because he did not know want I wanted and my game plan. When presented with these issues after the conference, he rolled his eyes and dismissed my concerns. Do yourself a favor and spend your time and money elsewhere.

I've never needed a lawyer in my life and I was very unsure on who to hire, where to go, ect. But I can assure you that hands down Dennis and his colleague really do care. I was over charged by the DA and Dennis went to bat for me. He was calm and professional, always returned my calls, explained things and did an amazing job as my Defense attorney. I'd recommend him to anyone and would definitely use him again (hopefully I don't have to).
