Wish I could give zero stars. Fiancée went here for custody dispute. Original lawyer went to new firm, now we’re jumping through hoops to get money back when no services were ever rendered (minus initial consultation).

I was charged with a drug crime that called for a mandatory minimum of 3 years in the State Prison. Attorney Marinaro challenged the validity of the search and filed suppression motions. All drug evidence was suppressed and the case was dismissed. I've had several lawyers in the past. Mr. Marinaro was by far most personable, knowledgeable, and got the job done! He chose not to discuss the issues and simply requested a refund. We agreed to a partial refund of his retainer. We are disappointed he chose to handle this matter by posting an inaccurate review. In providing the refund, Mr. Brunner assured us that this matter would not be handled in such a manner. We are surprised by the review when Mr. Brunner declined to discuss his dissatisfaction with our office. Our office strives to provide the best possible legal services to our clients. We believe that the majority of the time our clients are very satisfied with our work on their behalf. In situations such as this one, we do whatever we can to identify the client's dissatisfaction and work to solve the problem. Unfortunately, without Mr. Brunner's feedback, we could not do remedy the problem in this situation.
