I reached out to Chieppor & Egner to help me with a will and power of attorney. I wanted to get things in place for my minor daughter in the event that something were to happen to me. Her situation with her father is a little complicated but Victoria Carroll was so helpful and understanding and made this process very easy to complete. The cost for this service was very reasonable and now I have piece of mind that I have my affairs in order. Victoria is professional but also personable at the same time. If I need legal counsel in the future, I will definitely reach out to her!

I would recommend Chieppor & Egner 100 times over. I was facing ridiculous charges and I originally had a public defender who was recommending me to take a plea that was so far beyond ridiculous that when we got to court the judge chewed out the public defender and postponed the date. At that point I realized I needed a real attorney and luckily I found Jonathan. He took care of everything immediately and instead of being tricked and trapped into the system for years I ended up never even going to court again (a lot of that due to COVID mind you) and all charges were dropped. Then expunged. All for an EXTREMELY reasonable fee. He went above and beyond to help me even after missing his phone calls a few times and forgetting to email him back once. He really is a good guy and he seemed to actually care about and enjoy what he was doing.

I had the pleasure of having Michael Winters represent me for a legal issue in which I was/am very happy I directed to his service. Ed and his paralegal Lisa are great team. When you need criminal lawyer it is scary especially since I have never been in trouble before. I was not sure how to find a good one so I relied on Google and Avvo a lot. I narrowed down to several lawyers but some were busy and some sounded snarky. When I first talked to Lisa she was able to connect me with Ed right away and he spent time with me on the phone until I felt comfortable understanding my situation. He sounded confident and genuine. When I came to his office to finalize my decision I was actually able to meet Ed in person. Again we sat down and went over all the possibilities and he really listened to what was important to me. He even came up with strategy that none of the previous lawyers I talked to even mentioned. Lisa was also very fast at responding emails and phone calls. Their fee was reasonable. I felt that I was in good hands. To my surprise, the strategy that Ed proposed worked and he helped me dismiss the case. Lisa also stayed in communication with me. Honestly, if you are doubting that Ed can help, don’t…. He will deliver on what he says he can do. Just stay honest and communicate with him. Thank you again Ed and Lisa.

Michael T. Winters was a great lawyer and he met all of our expectations. He got our case dropped which would of been very drastic for my family had he not followed through with info provided to him.
