Helpful and kind.

I’ve call at least 5 times since December 6th until today, December 11th. Called today, just to be put on hold for over 10 minutes and then hung up on. I’ve explained that this is a huge time sensitive matter dealing with a custody case and have yet to even speak to an attorney to talk about anything. The receptionist is pretty decent however, she’s the one who put me on hold for over 10 minutes and hung up on me and then when I tried calling back I get their answering machine. I will update my review if any of this gets solved if not, it’ll stay the same or go to a one star.

This law firm is the absolute worst. Justin Gearty is a real slimeball. Go to a respectable attorney. Anyone in the city is better than these pathetic excuses for human beings. Go back to the holes you crawled out of. Hopefully this lawyer will be held accountable.

I'm not even sure Justin is active at this point. Doesn't have office personnel to answer phone, no longer work there. No returned voicemails or emails. Not one scheduled meeting, even knowing there was only one, or phone calls were never, or close to, on time - some didn't happen at all. There was always an excuse every time when I did talk to someone ("Justin is in court all day" For an entire week?) I don't buy it. They took about $1,700.00 and I ended up self representing myself. They caused a divorce to be drawn out over a year when it could have been completed in 2 months or less. File complaints through the BAR association. Don't know how he still has a 4 star rating - BE AWARE folks!! Reply - There were "many many request" ? It wasn't many different request, it was many request to change the initial changes. You may frequently be in court, however you should frequent get back to your customer that are paying your bills. Not a professional way to run a business, the excuse of lost employees doesn't cut it either.

Stephen Grosh is a fantastic, expert criminal defense lawyer. My own bad decisions landed me in jail, on a secure bail, and within days Mr. Grosh had both my bail unsecured AND my probation officer willing to release me without citing me for violating my probation. And despite my bad decisions carrying the weight of anywhere from three to nine or more MONTHS in jail, I was only sentenced to probation. From start to finish Mr. Grosh was straightforward about my options and what to expect within the justice system - both in jail and in the courtroom. He was also compassionate and without judgment, and treated me with dignity and respect. He met with me in a courtroom holding cell, again in jail, later in his office, and was right there with me in court, and strongly advocated on my behalf in front of the judge. If it weren't for him, I don't think I would be able to leave this testimonial, because I would be serving a jail sentence instead of concurrent probation. I am 100% satisfied with his services, and am immensely grateful for them, too. I highly recommend Stephen Grosh to anyone who is facing any kind of criminal charge in Lancaster county - especially if they are on probation and have the weight of a potential violation hanging over their heads!
