I had scheduled a consultation appointment for my mother regarding an employment based visa. Which they said they had experience on. On the day of the appointment, they charged their fee first and once they sat down to consult, the lawyer only referred her to another lawyer because they do not have experience on this matter. Why would you schedule an appointment on worker visas, charge the fee just to tell us you have no experience on the matter. Real unprofessional.

The place is old and the appointment fee is very expensive. They are unprofessional. They cancel appointments minutes before the time. The waiting room is very uncomfortable... customer service must be improve

Mr. Mattes did an amazing job on my naturalization case. It was a worry free process.
