My Aunt was going through a long and complicated divorce when she passed away unexpectedly. Her estranged husband elected to take his Spousal Elective Share which I wanted to fight. I spoke to a couple of different lawyers and all told me it wasn’t worth fighting, the courts will favor the spouse. Sandy listened to me and believed I had a case. Sandy and all involved at the firm made a long 3 year process as easy as possible for me. Sandy stayed in contact with me during the whole process, she always communicated in a timely manner and explained every step of the process so I could fully understand.
