Paid a lot of money to get the same result as not having a lawyer at all. Would definitely never hire this man again. Condescending tone. Not at first but by the end, about a month after payment. Better off without or with someone that actually is willing to fight for you! Not just go through the motions and collect the money.

Very competent and trustworthy attorney. He reviewed my case, told me what I could expect and how he planned to defend me, and then did exactly what he said he would do. He made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I could not have asked for anything more from him. I got the impression that he truly cares about his clients, and will give maximum effort to them. Outstanding!

Attorney Winters explained everything in easy to understand terms, he helped understand the law as it pertained to our case. He made very comfortable and was very trustworthy. If we are ever in need of an attorney again his office is first on our list.
