Attorney Marinaro has been a thorough and aggressive lawyer for me and my family in custody court. Over the years that he has represented me, we have gone against several other lawyers and he has never failed me. Now, Attorney Hagy represents me, and she is just as awesome as Marinaro. A kind and pleasant man, but he’s worth any retainer fee you would want. Meticulous and a great knowledge of criminal and family laws. This is the only lawyer that you would ever knew!

Unfortunately, the experience here has been less than acceptable After filing for divorce in October of 2017, only one document was sent to my boyfriends ex. She is to provide financial information, however she refuses. The law firm does not return calls, has not filed one further document with the courts to compell her to provide the required information, so absolutely nothing happens. He has waited sometimes over 6 months for any correspondence from the attorney; her comment... the papers she sent were blurry and illegible, but there was no follow through. This is unacceptable. There is no reason not to aggressively pursue this, divide the property, and move on. No children, just a house, pension and 401k but no answers after this long. Not a single document filed other than the original complaint. The attorney's comment...she is very busy. Not working this case, I can assure you! I have begged him to find someone that will actively pursue his interest in a timely manner. Hopefully he will take my advice. If I performed my job to this level, I would no longer have a job.
