I'm gonna keep it simple; I had a losing case,but Mr.Chieppor took it anyway. The guide lines called for 3 months in jail and 6 months probation. On the day of my sentencing Mr. Chieppor got me got me a sentence of 2 days House Arrest and 6 months of probation! Need I say more?

We met with Mr. Chieppor with some difficult charges. He checked into the history and found the charges came from over 25 years before. It helped to lesson the charges. He explained the process very detailed. It was a pleasure working Him. Thanks for your service.

I cannot calmly express how grateful I am with the outcome of my Attorney results! Egner, did exactly what I needed him to do. He assisted me with petitioning the courts and was quickly granted the request. Thank you!

I had a horrible case due to my brother. I give a 4 star review because the cost was affordable for both the plea deal and the trial and he was well spoken In court. My charges at face value the plea deal required a minimum of 3 years in state prison, Ed corrected the mistake during the trial, and after explaining the circumstance of the case got me house arrest and probation. Huge relief no jail time as he stated from the start the goal is just to keep me out of jail. I feel he potentially couldve been a little more aggressive during my sentencing but I'm overall very happy with the way he delivered in court. There is only really 2 complaints i have which arent really complaints 1. The communication is hit or miss. Had to wait a week for a response about my case but less than an hour for a response about payment, also left questions unanswered. 2.due to the lack of communication im not sure if he wouldve done it with the specific judge with the open plea. 3. I realize now that he wil scare you woth what the sentencong guidelines calls for so that if you get anything below going to jail you're happy. My brother had a severe case, i had a gf's images he said there was nothing weird etc. But i you a harsher sentence than my brother. Really wish i would've went with the law firm i was looking a Ed work's for the other side and made everything sound sweet in his office but underperformed in court

Michael Winters was absolutely fantastic in helping me find information I needed for an old case. Not only was he extremely timely, his professionalism and compassion spoke volumes.
