Very professional!

Searched on google for a lawyer to help with my case ..narrowed it down to 3 ..Pfursich being one of them ..we went to his office spoke to him for a few minutes ..without me asking what i wanted to do ..he let us know what he could do..which was what we needed to happen..and then he let us know how much it would cost..very reasonable and affordable ..after that consultation.. we didn't go to see or search anywhere else ..hes the right guy..case was presented clear to the judge ..corrected what needed to be done ..treated us with respect and honest ..appreciate every second he took for my case.. As they say ..If You Need a guy>> I know a guy ..Hes definitely the One ..

Stephen is incredibly personable and knew the right questions to ask when the ticket negotiation went to a hearing. The resolution was fair and he was able to get the judge to overrule a police officer hellbent on pushing for the maximum fines and penalties. He got rid of a few of the tickets and license suspension was taken off the table. Definitely worth retaining if you caught an officer on a bad day and need to keep your license.

Stephan helped me navigate a traffic violation with an officer that was being very difficult, in which I kept my license. He handled the situation very respectfully and I would recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.

Rebecca is a wonderful lawyer. The only downside to the office is parking options are poor and the building is not handicapped accessible

I’ve call at least 5 times since December 6th until today, December 11th. Called today, just to be put on hold for over 10 minutes and then hung up on. I’ve explained that this is a huge time sensitive matter dealing with a custody case and have yet to even speak to an attorney to talk about anything. The receptionist is pretty decent however, she’s the one who put me on hold for over 10 minutes and hung up on me and then when I tried calling back I get their answering machine. I will update my review if any of this gets solved if not, it’ll stay the same or go to a one star.

This law firm is the absolute worst. Justin Gearty is a real slimeball. Go to a respectable attorney. Anyone in the city is better than these pathetic excuses for human beings. Go back to the holes you crawled out of. Hopefully this lawyer will be held accountable.

I'm not even sure Justin is active at this point. Doesn't have office personnel to answer phone, no longer work there. No returned voicemails or emails. Not one scheduled meeting, even knowing there was only one, or phone calls were never, or close to, on time - some didn't happen at all. There was always an excuse every time when I did talk to someone ("Justin is in court all day" For an entire week?) I don't buy it. They took about $1,700.00 and I ended up self representing myself. They caused a divorce to be drawn out over a year when it could have been completed in 2 months or less. File complaints through the BAR association. Don't know how he still has a 4 star rating - BE AWARE folks!! Reply - There were "many many request" ? It wasn't many different request, it was many request to change the initial changes. You may frequently be in court, however you should frequent get back to your customer that are paying your bills. Not a professional way to run a business, the excuse of lost employees doesn't cut it either.

Not only was his insight more informed, his initial thoughts on the matter represented a different approach altogether from what I heard from the others - an approach that ended up saving me who knows how much in legal fees and headaches, had I chosen one of the other local firms! Trust is a rare thing in the world today - when it’s then combined with a competence and client-first approach? Priceless. Needless to say, I wouldn’t hesitate to retain his services in the future!
