Dennis was my attorney for a traffic citation. He handled everything for me, even appear on my behalf in court so I would not time of from my job. He is quick to respond to your requests, question by telephone, cell or text. Excellent communicator and organized. I would use he's services again. Although I hope not :) Thank you Dennis

Working with Attorney Gearty and his staff has been such an enlightening experience. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the area of law that my case was in but he took the time to explain and educate me so I would always know what was going on and what was next. He would educate me, give me his expert opinion, then let me make the decision. You would think with the excellent service you get dealing with this law firm that it would be expensive! But no! He was so fair with what he charged me for what I got in return! I’ve already recommended Attorney Gearty and his team several times and will continue to do so. I know who I’ll call anytime I need any legal help! Thank you again so much for treating me so well!

Mr.Gearty is like no other lawyer he really works with his clients. He listens respect and will put up a good fight for his clients in the court room.. I will highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good attorney.

Doesn't ever seem to have a receptionist to answer phone calls and when the voicemail does work, they promise to return your message "promptly" and NEVER DO. Bad business for a lawyer's office to have. The simple return phone call could keep my son out of jail. Severely disappointed and now wish I had another lawyer for my son. Not saying that this makes him a bad lawyer just not good business but he did arrive to a court appearance with my son and was late. Edit.... Today my son had a appearance with Judge Klein due to a letter sent from the court stating Attorney Justin Gearty didn't file "paperwork" on time with the court. And if the papers were not filed today an arrest warrant would be issued for my son. (How is that my son's responsibility?" So we were in court per the letter and Attorney Justin Gearty WAS A NO SHOW!!! Even some of his other clients were present in court wondering where he was. Judge Klein was not happy to say the least. Also for a couple months still calling leaving messages when able with no return calls. Save your money, time and potential freedom Call another law office UPDATE: Third time in a row that Attorney Gearty has been a no show in court!! Regarding his comments. My son is not in jail because I posted his bail. Not once did Gearty explain any strategy regarding his case, ask for witnesses to speak with and not once even pretend to have my son's best interest in mind. My son went through his entire case in the dark. My son would have been better represented by the public defender office with them being overworked and understaffed. There has been no communication between Attorney Gearty and my son since my first review and still has not returned any messages! Gearty reputation in the Lebanon county court house is definitely not a good one this is including comments from 2 judges! THERE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE A OPTION FOR ZERO STARS OR EVEN BETTER NEGATIVE ONES!! Everything that is written on Attorney Gearty website is lies! No attention is given to clients needs, no updates on progress of case, and not one single time did Gearty ever even attempt to return a message. Again repeatedly a no show in court and even a no show for a client meeting and he could not even get a staff member to let my son know. WORST ATTORNEY EVER😤😡🤬 ALSO WHEN HE DOES SHOW UP FOR COURT... GEARTY IS DISHELVED AND REEKS OF ALCOHOL.. EVEN THE SINGLE RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW FROM THIS CRACKER-JACK BOX ATTORNEY IS NOT ONLY SARCASTIC BUT ALSO BLATENT LIES!! MY SON WASN'T CURRENTLY IN JAIL ONLY BECAUSE MY HUSBAND POSTED HIS BAIL!! FURTHERMORE, HE NEVER SPOKE WITH MY SON EXCEPT THE 2 TIMES IN COURT... THE 2 TIMES HE ACTUALLY SHOWED UP AND BOTH THOSE TIMES HE ABSOLUTELY REEKED OF ALCOHOL!! Thank God the Judge granted my son's request for a change of Attorney!! If Gearty had any kind of Integrity or compassion for his clients as he claims to have, as written on his website 🤔 Gearty would have taken the couple minutes to speak with either my son or I regarding this review!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND POTENTIAL FREEDOM!! CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!
