This firm must be an ambulance chaser, sent me correspondence that I have been charged with a crime. Never have been. Obviously due diligence isn't part of their professional practice.

I had a attnorey who recently retired and she was amazing and it was so hard to find an attnorey like her and an affordable one as well. I just wentered back to court almost 2 years ago and spent some much in court not one but twice. At the time when I spoke with mrs. Goldstein I had an attorney and he promised me everything I wanted. I was just so strain and stress trying to find an attorney that I went by my emotion instead of taking to find one. I spoken with Mrs. Goldstein a couple of times through email and she was always straight up forward with me not promising me anything but let me know that she would it be there to fight. I was just too scared to change because I had a court hearing and i did not know what to do. I knew I had to make a decision quick because my attorney was not going to fight for me. My attorney I had was not doing nothing for me I was the one given him date of my hearing and so on i felt like i had to be on top of him. I went to conciliation meeting I feel like I had no voice whatsoever ma do it was a waste. After speaking with Mrs. Goldstein and her assistant they were just so loving and caring and really had the heart of gold and they were passionate to help me and others. She put me on a payment plan that was very affordable and showed me by her action she is not in this for the money but to make a difference and to help. I'm glad I made the choice to hire Mrs.Goldstein. if you haven't read her assistance story please r ew ad it back from 2011 the 1st review and on how much is Goldstein fault for her was and was on her side was a true inspiration. Anyone that goes through a custody battle knows that it's the most hardest and difficult thing anyone can go through and I would definitely recommend this is Mrs. Goldstein to anyone not only is she a great an attorney but she has a great assistant who goes above and beyond to make sure that someone is fighting for them and that you have a voice.. I have spoken with Ms. Michelle several time in regards to my custody. She was very quick in responding to all my question and very helpful as well. She really does have passion to help others.

She is an awesome attorney. She keeps in touch with you and keeps you informed about your case. She doesn't mind alot of questions and is just a great attorney. I am very happy with my decision to hire her. I would recommend her to everyone!

I cannot express how greatful I am for meeting Michelle. I contacted her after I received a letter that I needed to attend a criminal history hearing as part of my custody complaint. I was concerned that my past would come back to haunt me as I fight for custody of my daughter. I'm not much of a talker and I needed someone to be my voice. Michelle was so wonderful and answered all questions and concerns i had about my case. My wife and I walked out of her office with a weight off our shoulders and an attorney by my side not only for the criminal history hearing, but for the entire custody case. I'm so blessed to have Michelle by my side as I go through this journey. I look forward in working with her.

My title is different, I was the opposing party against Attorney Goldstein. I felt she represented the Mother in such a way that I should have hired her. We went through a bitter divorce and we both were trying to use the children against the other.. Attorney Goldstein talked with my attorney over a weekend correspondence and they both sat us down and had a very firm talk. Looking back on it now Attorney Goldstein did most of the talking. She was not like most attorneys and talking to us in a demeaning way. She outlined this situation and brought to our attention the children were the ones suffering because of our stupidity. My attorney did not say a word, when I inquired after the meeting why they sat there with their mouth shut, she states because I feel this was a waste of time going through a conference and then trying to work something out. I stated Attorney Goldstein brought up what matters most is the children and their well being. Not only did she suggest ways for us to coparent even went further to give the mother idea of family therapy. 3 years have now past and I have to say thank you for going above and beyond stating to us how we were acting, my children have 2 parents that are coparenting in a healthy way because of the points you brought to our attention that day.

When I went to see Michelle with a desperate need of protection from abuse, she was not feeling well and still did everything she could to make sure I was protected. She knew I was scared in the court, but insured me that I was going to be alright. In the court room, Michelle was no-nonsense. She was professional, firm, prepared and ready for a fight. I couldn't have picked a better lawyer.
