It seemed to me that Mr. Pfursich was desperate for money and did not even care enough to speak with me about my case himself. He ignored many aspects of our game plan in front of the judge. He was short, dismissive, and aloof. His paralegal was kind, however it seems to me that after a good deal of preperation with her, not him, he still knew nothing of my case and that's what he presented to the judge. He cost me more than I was already was facing.

After receiving my 2nd DUI in the highest tier I was sure I was going to jail. I had willing admitted everything to the police and they had a stack of evidence against me. Bob was recommended to me by my mother's estate lawyer. I couldn't have been more pleased. Unlike some others lawyers I wasn't fed any b.s. He clearly laid out all of my options and kept in close contact with me through the entire process. Thanks to Bob I avoided spending any time in jail. He also took a personal interest in helping me out; through him I found a substance treatment program that helped my clean up my act. He got me Court Orders to amend my bail and sentencing conditions so I could take steps to move on with my life. If you want a serious, skilled attorney who goes above, beyond and takes an interest in you the person as well as your case Bob Beyer is the way to go.

This firm must be an ambulance chaser, sent me correspondence that I have been charged with a crime. Never have been. Obviously due diligence isn't part of their professional practice.
