They helped me years Ago and very helpful with a new accident and case

I am so very grateful for the help I always receive from Attorney Howard Silverman and his case manager Sandy! 6 years ago I needed their services after a bad accident caused by someone else and as always the service exceeds my expectations. At any time I need them they are always available to help quickly and a high level of professionalism. Sandy does not waste ANY time answering any questions you have. And if she can't answer it, she will make sure to find out for you right away. Her personality is amazing which makes dealing with a stressful situation so much easier. Howard is amazing at keeping you in the loop every step of the way. And he does not mess around, he will not stop until he gets the results you need and deserve. I hope to never need their services again, but if I ever find myself in such a situation they will 100% be getting my business. Don't hesitate to call them if you need the help, you won't be disappointed!

About a month ago I got an accident. I call your office, asking for Mr. Silverman, who handle my case years ago, but receptionist told that another attorney will call me. He never did and after few attempts finally got him. He started that he is so busy and sound like this is a huge favor. When I told him what I need he stated that they cannot help. Thats it. This people does not exist for me anymore and I did NOT recommend this office for nobody. What a shame mr. Silverman, what a shame!!!

Online web site offered review on contingency basis. Was "passed off" to another law firm. Not pleased.

I was involved in a vehicle accident and was injured in the accident and knew that my injury was serious. I contacted Haggerty & Silverman because I knew the firm had a very good reputation in personal injury, I made contact with Paralegal Tannia and she immediately informed me of my legal rights. The firm handled all of my phone calls with insurance companies and medical bills and I felt very comfortable during the process and I knew that they had my back during the process. I was not at fault in the motor vehicle accident and the insurance companies knew that and tried to contact me and I just said contact Haggerty & Silverman. If you are looking for a law firm that has excellent staff and lawyers this is your law firm.

I want to take a moment to assure future clients of the exceptional professionalism and talent this law firm has. Having this being my first case, Tannia and Samuel guided me through the entire process, explained lawful terminology, and kept me up to date with progress. These two together are just magnificent. Through out my case, Tannia allowed a welcoming space of expression; and validated my struggles thereafter. I was a nursing student, who's life turned upside down when I got hit by a careless driver; four days before nursing finals. Her negligent driving effected my 4th- 5th lumbar vertebrates, post concussion syndrome, brain strain, and a banged up body from head to toe. The sacrifices I made for my studies at 3am. Countless nights of reading, just to receive my dreamed Florence Nightingale Rose of Honor at graduation. It was all robbed away from me. Tannia and Samuel made sure my voice was heard. Moving forward, I start all over again. The anniversary year after my accident. I switched schools and take online classes now; with the exception of lab hours on campus. It limits my driving and relieves my anxiety for my distrust in other drivers. Gaining financial justice, and surviving my accident is probably the few things considerable in my nursing journey.
