I was represented by him back in 2015 and I would say that he heard me clearly and helped me with my case in getting the best outcome possible for me. He did the work. It was hard to get in contact with him but that’s to be understandable since he is a lawyer and handled more than just my case. I wasvery pleased and honored to have him represent me.

Mr.Encnacion,tried a friend of mine case today in court and did an outstanding job,and my buddy was acquitted of his offense .Very compassionate and cares about his clients well being.I’d highly recommend.

Court appointed attorney and only wanted him to provide me with paper work with the outcome of my child's case from children and youth and he asked me why did I want it? Wait? What? I've called this man over and over again asking for it and have not gotten it! I don't know what he is is hiding. I am reaching out to the bar association on this man. Such a simple task. I even asked him how can I obtain the records myself and he did not answer my question. just cut me off.

I had the unfortunate fortune of having Sam as my court appointed lawyer. I could not afford a lawyer because I was 18 and I had Sam for a few years since my case kept being dragged on by him and the state. Sam repeatedly kept rescheduling my requested meetings and rescheduling court dates with out my knowledge. Sam failed to hand me vital documents in an appropriate time frame. He failed to advocate for me, you could tell that he was not being paid based on his actions. Sam only cared about the money.

Sam was very thorough and constantly kept me informed of the case. His skills inside a courtroom are very impressive and were essential to getting a great result. If I have any other legal issues in the future, Sam will be the first one I call.

I've talked to him twice both times he was short & condescending in his responses. He cuts you off when you speak and actually makes you feel like your wasting his time. He doesnt show attention or concern for the client, he doesnt call back, or keep you informed even if the client as requested it. Over all he comes off very arrogant & disinterested. He was not my choice & he would never be. I don't recommend him at all.

I am writing on behalf of my son who is represented by Mr. Encarnacion. Although my sons case is not over, I have complete trust in this lawyer. He takes the time to explain what is going on in laymans terms so you can understand them, and he honestly seems to be concerned with your future. He put my son and myself at ease which was not an easy thing to do. However this case turns out, whether it be in my sons favor or not, I will always believe that Mr. Encarnacion did his absolute and utter best in the situation.

Called for a consultation / second opinion on my other lawyer he said its unethical to speak on another lawyer. But wanted $300.00 and he would see me. So I guess $300.00 would make it ethical!!! I have since had 3 consultations/second opinions for FREE !! It was fine he didn't want to talk for free but don't tell me its unethical when your main concern is the money !! Says a lot !!

I would highly recommend Samuel Encarnacion. His caring and professional handling of my case, really put my mind at ease. He proved to be knowledgeable from the start, and was able to resolve my case quickly and efficiently. The outcome was better than I had hoped for, and his advice during and after our meetings, was always helpful. Thanks again Sam!

He clearly explained my legal rights, options and didn't play games with my future. He spoke on my behalf and advocate for me, while protecting me and my legal rights.
