I needed to hire an attorney. I initially consulted another attorney in the area who refused to take over my case because he said there was no damages in it (e.g., money). I disagreed because I was legitimately injured. I asked him to recommend another attorney and Randall Justice was the name of an attorney he gave me. From my first meeting with Randall, he was professional, courteous, honest about the circumstances & legalities of my case, and treated me with dignity and respect. He took my case because he saw the harm done to me, even if it was not millions of dollars’ worth of damages. Throughout the process, Randall and his staff were responsive and kind, yet fought diligently on my behalf. I would highly recommend Randall to anyone in need of assistance. Being a lawyer is not just about making money, but about obtaining justice for the little person - and Randall lives this out.

As I write this review, I struggle to find the words to adequately describe how great of an experience I had working with Haggerty Silverman & Justice. After consulting with a few law firms, I am glad to have found HSJ. If you need legal assistance for an injury case, you should stop reading reviews right now and call them (ok, well finish reading my review at least). I strongly recommend Haggerty Silverman & Justice, they are very professional, and are true experts in their field. I would also like to specifically thank Randall Justice for going above and beyond. Randal was attentive, kind, respectful, helpful, and understanding. He truly cared about me, my well being, and my case. After working with Randall, I felt positive about a negative situation. If u get Eileen pomento,well pretty much ur screwed....I was represented by her for my workman's comp...she never even showed up to the actually court date.i have never got the chance to meet her n discuss the case...and the few conversations we had over phone,were very unprofessional, she would talk over me,scream alot,lack of empathy,never took the chance to hear me out.And the fact that she send someone else to represent me last minute cost me my case!!!!!!!!!!!
