Anne and Eric Gibson represented me over the course of two years before and after my arrest for egregious crimes of Domestic Violence. I was arrested for Sexual Assault on a date and time I was working, arrested for a Simple Assault that simply did not occur, as well as conduct indicative of Stalking. The prosecution’s case was pieced together with testimonial evidence, aside from self-inflicted injuries caused by their purported victim. Prior to my arrest, the police took no photographs of the alleged crime scene(s), interviewed no available witnesses, and substantially conducted no investigation. At the time the police were called, I offered little information due to the seriousness of the allegations and asserted my 6th Amendment right to counsel. This is where the genesis of my association with the Gibsons began. My position was unique because I came to them after navigating our adversarial justice system as a policeman for the prior 12 years. This included working for the same District Attorney’s office who authorized my arrest. The Gibsons permitted me to largely assist in the planning and defense investigation that occurred, something I don’t think would have happened with most other attorneys. It was not long until we realized the defense was in possession of more evidence than the prosecution, some of which was revealed to them in the days prior to the case’s resolution. Ultimately, I weathered the worst period of my life with the help of this profound “TEAM GIBSON” and emerged on the other side with no finding or admission of guilt and 50/50 custody of my lovely daughter. I have been exposed to many lawyers over the years but was thoroughly impressed with the Gibsons’ professionalism and staunch commitment to the positive outcome of my case. Anne and Eric are two of the most conscientious legal navigators I have had the pleasure to work with and I consider myself lucky to have hired them. They're very respectful and on point

Anne Gibson was my main lawyer for my divorce, but Eric Gibson also filled in sometimes. Their paralegal I corresponded with was also named Anne and she was great as well. I had many time sensitive requests and questions and they always responded promptly. During some of the proceedings I was living in another state and they coordinated telephone conferences for me as well so I didn't have to fly to go to court. I will tell anyone I can that is considering a divorce to go to Anne or Eric. I was very pleased with the service and felt the cost was fair as well.

Highly unprofessional, unorganized, do your research find the right lawyer not a lawyer. For my privacy I will not expose the poor treatment I received. Remember a lawyer will always be caring and appealing in the beginning. Best advice I can give, always get a second opinion, better yet find a lawyer who you actually know, world of difference and the savings in money is ludicrous. UPDATE: Let's be honest, why would anyone want to put their name on here? So you can tarnish that person name with another attorney? Just so everyone is aware, all Lancaster County attorneys know each other very well. They care about their reputation first before your best interest. Also thank you for your politically correct response. I still will never step foot in that broken down building ever again. Save your politics for the judges.

Anne has been amazing handling my case. High level of professionalism. Annemarie and Anne Gibson are very understanding and easy to talk to. She has managed to do exactly what she said she was going to. I was really surprised by how easy it was for me. Stress was relieved from my already complicated situation. Eric Gibson was very professional, timely and personable when dealing with a sensitive family court matter. I am currently serving in the Military and Eric and his staff took the time to ensure the SCRA, which covers all active duty, were adequately addressed and upheld. He took time out to discuss realistic possible outcomes which was extremely important to me since a child was involved. The attention to detail, quick response time and overall handling of the case from both Eric and his paralegal, Anne Marie, was outstanding and I would highly recommend this practice for your family court needs.

I met with Anne after speaking with another attorney about my separation. I enjoyed that Anne asked a series of questions to ensure knowing what was not only best for me but also the matter I wished to proceed. In my particular situation, I was in an amicable divorce but wanted to make sure I was protected. My wife's attorney made several attempts at language that could have put me in a difficult spot down the road. Anne was easy to talk to, personable, and I felt went above and beyond in her research and explanation of consequences if certain agreements were to be put in place. Would recommend her to anyone who wants a lawyer who will listen to what their concerns are and execute in a timely fashion. I made an appointment that required me to leave work early to get there. Received call same day as appointment they were cancelling my time slot. I didn't see call as I was at work and can not take calls. I drove there to find the doors locked. I was out time for work. A new appointment was made for me at 5pm. I went and was told that she could not handle my child support as it was too complicated. I gave 2 stars, one for giving me a 5pm time slot and the other for being blunt and not leading me on.
