I have hired Mr. Sarno, to represent my daughter on more than one occasion. I am amazed at the professionalism as well as the personalism he employs to his clients. While listening attentively to our whole story and not interrupting us, he then made professional recommendations. Although, having quite a reputable background, as well as being very knowledgeable, He knows how to get the results needed, and what to do to make that happen. I felt reassured that he had our best interests in mind and never was made to feel as though he felt we were beneath him. While representing my daughter, he was well prepared and had a plan incase things did not go as planned. He was very professional in the courtroom as well. Those of us who have had experiences in the past with lawyers know that sometimes they seem like they really do not care and they are just there to make money.
