I worked with Mr. Ryan McDaniel since my case started in December 2019. Since then he has always been straightforward, professional, had great communication, and always advocated for me and my case. I called the firm with no experience working with a lawyer. Within two days of calling, we met and went over everything. He easily broke down the specifics and jargon that I wasn’t familiar with, and I always felt like I understood the steps that were taken to get me to my settlement. I finally felt the burden of trying to figure everything out on my own lift when I brought Ryan into my case, and it helped tremendously. The lawyer did not show. I had to call the main number to figure out what was going on no one told me it was going to be a phone conference. Poor communication very unprofessional. Told me they would not take me case not even in a nice way. I drove home crying and having a anxiety attack. This is sad. That lawyer only wanted fast easy money!!
