This is Sonia. Karen Legal is a talented and caring agency especially herself and her team. She is very professional and response well to all my e-mails and phone calls. I had another law firm before Karen's for my divorce case and when I decided to stay with this agency, I was not disappointed. Even though there are some ups and downs, everyone is willing to cooperate and help me along the way. Her staff is quick to answer my calls or return back to me whenever I need an update on my case or if I do not understand much. The law firm staff work so well together and their organization is top notch especially Karen herself and Kim, collections specialist who is willing to answer all my questions involving finances. Karen and Kim never hesitate to answer my calls and if they are busy, they are always able to return it. I am very blessed to have such an amazing attorney and law firm during/currently my case. Thank you Karen and her wonderful staff!

As I’m still navigating through filing and dealing with my divorce, I would like to take a minute to acknowledge Danielle Quaranta. She took the time to talk in my matter and the discussion was compassionate and resourceful. I appreciate your help.

In a consultation, I received thoughtful, intelligent and compassionate advice. Matthew’s legal expertise was excellent: wide ranging and on point. With less agile legal minds, It was suggested that we would have to leave our dream home. With Matthew’s astute suggestions, I was offered 4 causes of action on our behalf! I received the kind of consideration that is not often offered to individuals these days. I came away from my conversation in a pool of light which offered a course of action and possible reconciliation.

This rating has forced me to choose 1 star. They do not deserve any stars. If you are looking for knowledgeable, compassionate people to represent you do not use this law firm. I have had the worst experience with this group. They are unprofessional and do not seem to have any clue what is going on. The only person who showed me any sort of work ethic has left the firm.

I am still in the throes of my case so I’m not sure how I feel my representation is. I would like to suggest giving clients regular updates ( maybe monthly), outlining a strategy and intended outcome. Pros and cons of possible decisions.etc Right now all I can say is I’ve paid two retainers and I have no idea what is happening in my case, no idea if my wished outcome is even probable, what our plan is or really anything. I chose this firm because I recognized them as the best and I still believe that, it would be nice if there was better communication and a partnership mentality though.

Keith was extremely helpful in addressing our driver licensing problems. He spent a long time with me on the phone, discussing both the PennDot concerns and possible conviction appeals. He generously provided me with the names of two other attorneys with specialized information about license restoration procedures. I appreciated his assistance, and highly recommend him to others.

I worked with Ann Ulmer’s office, specifically sat with Ann and Fatih to review my child support case. They were both great and very thorough, taking the time to explain what to expect with the process. We were able to come to an agreement at the court conference, and it worked out it my favor. Thanks for everything! Would absolutely recommend.

I had a consultation with Shane. He was rude and talkative and then ended the call abruptly cause “he had to go”. He never let me ask any questions. He was a bad listener. How can you assess a case of you don’t listen or let the potential client ask questions? He just talked and talked over me. He never stopped to ask if I fully understood what he was saying. I would not retain This firm.

The guy apparently wasn’t listen to me. Also when I mentioned payments plans,he said the firm doesn’t do that,but when you google the firm,it’s listed. He also said an outrageous price for one appeal hearing,when I have facts,just needed and aggressive outspoken attorney who gets there point across. I did appreciate the consultation even though it got me nowhere!!

The attorney assigned to our case was unprepared and negligent he acted nervous and couldn’t even answer questions the judge was asking,the next day he was no longer with the practice they did offer to take some money off the bill but that don’t matter after they lost the case.and they want us to look over the bill and tell them what we feel we shouldn’t pay. We gave them $6000 and got bad representation in court and when we asked for our records most of our evidence was missing don’t recommend at all we now have to start over and don’t have anymore money for an attorney

Karen is a very talented and caring attorney. She is very responsive and attentive to all my phone calls, emails, and texts. She made me feel like I was her only client. I previously had two other law firms before Karen for the same custody/divorce case, and i am so grateful to have found Karen to get me the outcome I’ve been looking for. She has is one of the most talented attorney’s I’ve ever met, she listened to all of my concerns, and kept me informed every step of the way. The law firm is one of the best. The staff all work together and are very organized, especially her paralegal Anna. We were always prepared for my multiple court hearings. I’m very fortunate to have found such an amazing attorney and law firm to have by my side during this difficult process. Thank you!
