Mary handled our difficult family situation with patience, understanding, and was extremely tactful! You could not find a better Law Firm nor lawyer for Elder Law than Montco Elder Law and Mary Podlogar!!!

Do not trust this firm. I was power of attorney for an elder parent. I came to the Ferrino Law Offices with an intractable family issue of a sibling controlling my elder parent, isolating the elder and blocking communication and access even hiding injuries to the elder. Ferrino Law took $2500 and did a change to the elder’s power of attorney papers to remove me (which shouldn’t cost $2500). The change fully empowered the behavior of the controlling sibling and completely barred any communication and access to the elder for myself and my family. Instead of pursuing the question of the sibling Mary Poddlegar and Rose Ferrino took the easiest route and most profitable route at the expense of a family. Imagine not being able to see or speak with your elder parent. I complained to them and they were completely dismissive. Again, beware of this firm.

How many attorneys actually pick up their own incoming phone calls, without having to go through prompts and answering services? Her professionalism coupled with her ability to treat you like family is unique. She was very thorough and most importantly honest. Put to rest any concerns we may have had about our future. She comes highly recommended from our family, we even have referred our other family members to her. All just as pleased as us.

She revealed to me right before our orphans court hearing that she got her law degree at night. Wow I thought with kids a husband a house and working during the day, how can anyone really retain anything. This lawyer has been over committed for a long time, and is not on top of what should have been a priority for her client. Loose ends are left, a quick, dirty, and blurry review of three mediocre financial institutions that could pose as a holder of a Trust, which she strongly leaned towards the one her "friend" works for.
