I was referred to Marcia and her practice for some help with Immigration and USCIS. Our case was a little complex and Marcia grasped the details quickly and accurately. She provided a course of action and recommendations to get us to where we needed to be....and it worked perfectly! She was NEVER pushy and did not use the complexity of the case as a reason to increase charges. He billing is extremely fair, she is honest and will also advise you where you don't need to spend money which was phenomenal to us! She has a fantastic team of very experienced lawyers and the entire team takes away so much stress from what otherwise would have been a horrendous process for us. I would highly recommend Marcia to anybody that is seeking the best in business.

Though the immigration law courts are a confusing, muddled and often inexplicable system, Marcia does a great job of explaining and clearing up any questions or confusing points that you may have. I hired her and was impressed with her persistence and dedication to my case, often presenting me with multiple routes and options that could be pursued and valuing my opinion, not just doing as she pleased. Marcia and her firm did a great job with my case and though it's still ongoing, I have no doubt she will continue to show the same dedication she has in the past, now going forward.

Marcia Ibrahim and her office worked diligently behind the scenes to getting my husbands change of status completed. She was very informative on the law and what needs to be handed in before our interview and made sure we were prepared. Even when immigration would want more documents to prove my husbands legal ways of coming in the country, she would work with us on a one to one and made sure we handed his proof of documents and any documents needed on time. Her staff also came in on their days off to make sure we handed in the documents on time especially if we missed the date/s required to. I attempted to represent myself in Philadelphia Family Court. What did I want you ask? To get divorced from my ex. I tried to do it on my own, but after three years of wading through the muddled waters of family court, I was no closer to being single than I was on day one. After Marcia began representing me, it only took a few months to obtain my divorce! I can breathe again knowing I am no longer tied to my ex and it is thanks to Marcia that it didn't take another three years to happen. I'd recommend Maria because she cuts to the point and is no nonsense. I should have gone to her to begin with.

We were referred to MBI by a friend of ours who had also been a client of MBI and felt that their services were quite well done. Our specific problem involved obtaining a U.S. visa for our foreign born adopted child which, for a variety reasons, was not easily obtained. MBI accepted our case with the stated possibility that success was not assured and that many difficulties needed to be overcome. As each of several difficulties arose during the application for this visa and prior to its issuance Ms. Ibrahim continued to meet each problem with resourcefulness and enthusiasm, which eventually resulted in success. Despite MBI’s continued efforts on our behalf, over a period of several years, Ms. Ibrahim’s efforts were expended judiciously, using paralegals where possible, and the overall charge presented to us was quite reasonable. In the long run the results speak much louder than the interim activities and in this case the results were nothing less than 100% satisfactory.
