Attorney Ross defended myself and my siblings in a frivolous civil injury case. ( a State agency worker claimed he fell and was injured at my 87 year old Moyher's residence while delivering Meals on Wheels). Attorney Ross was never disrespectful to the Plaintiff during the jury trial, even though the Plaintiff had a history of many past claims and had been on Workman's Compensation from 3 different jobs. Attorney Ross researched the facts of the case and compiled in a very solid fashion to present a solid defense. He never lowered his defense to question the character of the Plaintiff, he only used facts. He raised my opinion of his profession in how professionally and ethically he defended our position. Whereas the Plaintiff's attorney wAs very aggressive, insulting, insinuating and disrespectful to me and my family. The Plaintiff attorney solidified my unfavorable opinion of unsavory injury lawyers. Attorney Ross through his professional and solid work won the jury case for us in a 12 member unanimous decision. The 2 alternates also agreed in an after the verdict conversation. I would highly recommend Attorney Ross to anyone desiring a moral professional on their side. I rate Attorney Ross a 10 on a scale of 1-10.
