I have used Capstone for at least 3 residential real estate transactions and the staff, whoever it is, has been knowledgeable, capable, friendly, and what I want, need, and expect from a closing agency. My only negative is about the real estate industry in general…the online applications and portals always leave something to be desired in the fields and forms they have you fill out to provide information in prep for closing. I have found that sometimes questions are required to be answered that don’t apply. So refine the online experience and this place will be close to perfect.
