Capstone took what is probably one of the worst and most painful processes in life closing on a house and made it painless and enjoyable.. the last time I closed on a house I remember it taking at least 4 hours I think it was under 45 minutes

We HIGHLY recommend working with Matt Kranz at Capstone Land Transfer for all of your closing needs! He was kind, thorough and really fun to work with throughout our process of closing on a home in PA. Our case had some complexity to it, and Matt's diligence and determination made the difference for us being able to even close on our scheduled closing date. Being able to close in the home and spend our first time overnight was magical for us. We will be recommending this company and our entire home buying team to all friends, family, and loved ones going forward!

Capstone Land Transfer is the only company I trust with my title work. I close several homes a year with them, and had my most difficult home to close in December. I'm confident that this house wouldn't have closed without Jes Brown working on the file. She does a FANTASTIC job on every house, but this one required so much extra patience, persistence, knowledge, and most of all, all of her time. She worked on this on her days off, because that's who Jes is- she won't stop until the job is done. I can't say enough wonderful things about Jes and the Capstone team!!
