Ryan spoke to me in depth about the many ways this sale could be orchestrated. He later facilitated a meaningful conference call to explain the options to both the tenant and me and allowed our questions to be answered thoroughly. My experience with Ryan was stellar as he is professional, knowledgable, accessible and explains the process in easy to understand terms.
