Time came for closing arguments. Mr. Younts took the floor. I sat there in awe as he spoke so eloquently and efficiently. I could not have been more impressed in that moment as he set the stage for why the board needed to rule in my favor. I could not have been happier with my choice of defense. Mr. Younts dominated all day long during my military board, that day. Mr. Younts’ knowledge, experience, ability and professionalism were on display at all times from the first day I spoke to him about my case to the day we walked out of that board, victorious. I met Davis Younts at the perfect time in my life . A few months before I was to separate from a spotless 10 year military career I had a legal issue that would alter my life’s course for the next 8 months . Delaying my separation from the military by coming under criminal investigation. I quickly learned that I felt no real support from my leadership.
