Thanks great people to deal with well pleased

I gave them a 1 star only because you have to give them at least a star for a review. First I called on a Tuesday(10:00) and gave my name and number to secretary and was told I would get a call back. Wednesday came around, no call still, so I called back about 2:30 and the person I needed to talk to wasn't in today. I called back on Thursday and the lady ask if I had an account with them and I kept saying no that my wife passed and I need a lawyer to go through the process because she didn't have a Will. She passed from stage4 breast cancer and I didn't want to scare her with a Will. Then she would have thought she was dying and I didn't want her to think about that. Apparently if you don't have a account with them that they are not accepting new customers. Then have your secretary tell the customers that in the first place.
