Rob listened to our concerns and told us upfront what his retainer fee was, including breaking down costs. We are pursuing grandparents rights, and he immediately went to work for us. He has had our best interests at the forefront every step of the way. He is always available to us either by phone or via e-mail, responding even on weekends. I would recommend him to anyone who I knew was truthful in their concerns, as you can be sure that he is trustworthy. I don't believe in being less than honest, and Rob has proceeded in our case in the same manner. I can't thank him enough for his work.
