I retained this attorney to represent me in a divorce proceeding. The initial meeting went well. Afterwards his communication was sporadic at best. When I finally got the paperwork I called the office multiple times and left several messages on the answering machine but got no return phone calls. I finally talked to a live person who took my name and number and said that he would call me the following day when he got back in the office. That was 4 days ago,still no phone call. There was no problem taking my $750.00 though.

I was a client. This Atty refused to look into my medical issues and refused to contact expert witness that could of helped resolve my case. After not looking into the medical issues he had in hand for eight months he tried to use them in court. Told me and my family I was looking at jail time for first offense DUi with a BAC of .096% Under the PA guidelines you do not loose your license or do jail time with a BAC under 1.0%
